First Year Teacher Awards
The FUTURES First Year Teacher Award program recognizes beginning teachers who exceed district expectations. All nominees are honored at a luncheon in the spring and each received a certificate of achievement. This year there were 17 nominees.
A selection committee reviewed the nominees' applications and selected the First Year Teacher winners. This year's recipients were Jessica Levene, Core teacher at Southwestern Middle School and Nicole Duchesneau, ESE teacher at Edith I.Starke Elementary School. | |
