New Teacher Breakfast
FUTURES Foundation for Volusia County Schools welcomed teachers to the district on August 17, 2009 at their "Annual New Teacher Breakfast" held at Atlantic High School. The enthusiastic new educators were welcomed by FUTURES President Len Marinaccio, Superintendent Dr. Margaret Smith, Volusia County School Board Chairperson Diane Smith, and Teacher of the Year Kelly Conway of New Smyrna Beach High School.
The event was sponsored by Daytona Beach/Halifax Chamber of Commerce and FUTURES Foundation.
